The Queen Victoria Building (QVB) is a Victorian style, Romanesque Revival architecture building in the CBD of Sydney, It has been described by Pierre Cardin as “the most beautiful shopping centre in the world”.
Constructed in 1898, Queen Victoria Building was built to replace the original Sydney Markets. The building was deteriorated and saved from destruction by a restoration programme in 1959 and renovated in 1986. It’s not only a spectacular historical building, But also one of the most famous modern shopping centre of the contemporary era. It is located in 445 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
